Our basic back massage includes a soothing, deep treatment of the entire back, shoulder, and neck area. This releases muscular tension, loosens the muscles, and gently releases adhesions in the tissue. The treatment procedure will be tailored to your individual needs after a brief initial consultation.

Back FIT PLUS
The PLUS for back & fascia

Our personalized back massage releases muscle tension, softens adhesions, and relaxes the muscles. The added benefit of this treatment: The fascia, muscle, and tendon tissue of severely tense areas is treated and softened separately beforehand.

Afterwards, you will receive a soothing back, shoulder, and neck massage with calming oils. A head massage is also available. The treatment is tailored to your individual needs after a brief consultation.

Choose your (Fascia) PLUS for the following areas: (approx. 15 minutes)

- Upper back (shoulder blades)

- Lower back (lumbar)

- Shoulders (rotator cuff)

- Neck (optionally including jaw muscles)

- Arms/Hands
